Abstract

　優れた仕上がり性と再生添加後に優れた透明性を有し、かつ層間接着性にも優れた、包装、収縮結束包装や収縮ラベル等の用途に適した積層フィルムの提供。 　下記（Ｉ）層と（II）層との間に（III）層を有する少なくとも３層からなり、　（Ｉ）層を主成分としてポリ乳酸系樹脂（Ａ）を含有する樹脂組成物、（II）層をポリ乳酸系樹脂（Ａ）とポリオレフィン系樹脂（Ｂ）とを含有し、ポリ乳酸系樹脂（Ａ）の含有量が（III）層に含まれるポリ乳酸系樹脂（Ａ）の含有量より少ない樹脂組成物、（III）層をポリ乳酸系樹脂（Ａ）とポリオレフィン系樹脂（Ｂ）とを含有し、前記ポリ乳酸系樹脂（Ａ）の含有量が（Ｉ）層に含まれるポリ乳酸系樹脂（Ａ）の含有量より少ない樹脂組成物で構成する。
