Un dispositif pour le transport et la distribution de produits thermosensibles, notamment pharmaceutiques ou alimentaires, comprenant un bac (10, 20) muni d'un couvercle de fermeture supérieur (11, 21), et comprenant un dispositif réceptacle qui est positionné dans la partie basse du bac et qui comprend; un réservoir (12, 22) apte à recevoir une quantité de glace ou de neige carbonique; une barrière thermique (13, 23) s' interposant entre la réserve de C02 et les produits thermosensibles à transporter, produits pouvant être déposés sur la barrière thermique en vue de leur transport: un couvercle isolant (14, 24) s' interposant entre les produits et le couvercle supérieur de fermeture du bac
