Abstract

【課題】　破断する位置をシャンク側に限定でき、且つ、破断までの寿命の長くなる歯科用の回転駆動切削具を提供する。 【解決手段】　本発明の歯科用の回転駆動切削具としてのピーソリーマ１０は、先端部側に形成された切刃部１１と、基端部に形成されたシャンク１２と、前記切刃部１１とシャンク１２の間に形成されたネック部１３とを有する歯科用の回転駆動切削具において、前記ネック部１３が、先端側が太く基端側が細いテーパー部１３ａと、該テーパー部の細径側の端部と同じ径で一定の太さを持ったストレート部１３ｂと、を有する。テーパー部の一番細い部分で破断するが、この部分がストレート部になっているので、寿命を延ばすことができる。
