Abstract

 同一圧電基板上に複数の弾性波フィルタが構成されており、大型化を招くことなく、通過帯域外減衰量の拡大を図ることができる弾性波フィルタ装置を提供する。  圧電基板2上に複数の弾性波フィルタ3,4が配置されており、少なくとも1つの弾性波フィルタ3において、第1,第2の平衡端子6,7に接続される側の第2のIDT21b,21c及び第3のIDT31b,31cのグラウンド電位に接続される側の端部が共通接続配線25に接続されており、共通接続配線25がグラウンド配線26によりグラウンド端子11に接続されており、グラウンド配線26の共通接続配線25に接続している接続点27と、第1の平衡端子6との間の距離が、接続点27と第2の平衡端子9との間の距離と等しくされている、弾性波フィルタ装置。
