Abstract

L'invention concerne une couche comportant un revêtement externe (1) pour entourer la taille et l'arrière-train d'un porteur et pour maintenir une couche absorbante interne (2). Ledit revêtement externe (1) peut être fixé autour du porteur par des points de fixation (10, 11) disposés sur des zones avant et arrière de celui-ci ; ledit revêtement externe (1) pouvant être plié pour ajuster sa longueur de telle sorte que la hauteur de taille de la couche est ajustée lorsqu'elle est portée ; et l'une des zones avant ou arrière du revêtement externe (1) comportant un panneau réversible (8), ledit panneau réversible (8) ayant des points de fixation (11) disposés sur les deux côtés de celui-ci et étant réversible pour exposer les points de fixation (11) sur une surface extérieure du revêtement externe (1) lorsque ledit revêtement externe (1) est plié. De cette façon, la dimension de la couche peut être ajustée pour s'adapter à la hauteur de la taille d'un porteur particulier.
