Abstract
Burner combustion chamber comprising a combustion mechanism of the rotating heat resistant combustion chamber (1) in the cylinder jacket shape with holes or in the shape of a blunted cone jacket and/or trigonal or multigonal pyramid with holes where there are holes in the burner combustion chamber and it is equipped with a mechanism for fuel line fuel worm (12), electronic controlling unit controlling computer (15), turbo chamber (2), heat resistant bearings (3), sealing barrier with heat resistant bearings (4), igniting nozzle (5), fan (6), fuel sensors (7), fuel line (8), engine (9), clutch (10), rotation valve (11), flexible hose for fuel line (16), feed worm (17), combustion chamber drive (13) and fuel worm (14).
Claims
1. A combustion burner for burning solid fuel, especially pellets from biomass comprising a horizontally placed rotating heat resistant combustion chamber (1) in cylinder jacket shape with holes, a fuel worm (12) for the input of fuel into the combustion chamber (1) arranged coaxially to the combustion chamber (1) and a vertical fuel line (8) entering the fuel worm (12) inlet into the combustion chamber (1) and a fan (6) blowing the air into the combustion chamber (1) characterized by th at the rotating combustion chamber (1) is provided by an igniting nozzle (5) and is placed on heat resistant bearings (3) in a solid turbo chamber (2) provided by a sealing barrier with heat resistant bearings (4) and the turbo chamber (2) is arranged around the fuel worm (12); the fan (6) is inlet into the solid turbo chamber (2); the combustion chamber drive (13) and the fuel worm drive (15) is connected to a joint engine (9) with a clutch (10); the fuel line (8) is provided by a fuel sensor (7) and by a rotational valve (11); the combustion burner is equipped by a controlling computer (14).

Combustion burner according to claim 1 cha racterized by that the controlling computer (14) and the fuel sensor (7) comprise a board with an intelligent display equipped with two processors, a microchip, a set of optotriacs for coordination of the fan (6) with the engine (9), igniting nozzle (5), additional fuel feeding worm (17), furnace pump; the controlling computer (14) and the fuel sensor (7) further comprising an entrance gate for photo chamber reading (fire-non fire) interconnected with end switches of the drum controlling the rotation of the heat resistant combustion chamber (1) when being igniting, the fuel sensor (7) readers, furnace thermo regulator, room thermo regulator; and provided with an interactive control using a keyboard and a display.

Combustion burner according to claim 1 and 2 ch a racterized by th at the rotating heat resistant combustion chamber (1) and the turbo chamber (2) comprise the outside body of the burner made of a double coated chamber in the shape of a hollow cuboid with a square base made from a standard steel plate where the base of the outside body is the main frame on which the plates of the lower cover are affixed and the upper part is made by the turbo chamber (2) and a lower air chamber are connected by screws; the turbo chamber (2) thus covers the rotating combustion chamber (1) from the top and from the lateral sides.

Combustion burner according to claim 3 characterized by that the rotating heat resistant combustion chamber (1) and the turbo chamber (2) consist of an outside body of the burner made of a double coated chamber where the main axis of the whole cuboid of the apparatus is in horizontal position, consequently both square bases form the faces of the main body.
5. Combustion burner according to claims 3 and 4 characterized by that in both faces of the turbo chamber (2) there are circular holes evenly spaced between the turbo chamber (2) and the air chamber where one hole ensures the input into the outside body for the fuel worm (12) and the second hole ensures the output by means of the opened end of the combustion chamber (U
