Abstract
An effective oxidation-resistant separator for use in alkaline zinc-silver oxide storage batteries comprises a polyether polymer film containing zirconium oxide powder and a conductivity enhancer. The polyether polymer film may be free-standing or applied as a coating on a porous substrate film.
