Abstract

The invention relates to a device for converting clear rinsing water into soapy water with a reverse capacity in order to recover clear rinsing water. The invention relates to any equipment enabling such a reverse conversion with or without the addition of an additive that can be mixed in water and has foaming and/or rinsing characteristics. This function also includes a rechargeable use. The cartridge capacity is intended for several uses. It comprises a knob body (1) in which a cartridge (2) is inserted and secured by a bolt (5). An embossed bottom (4) allows for the puncturing of the cartridge. A push button (11) with an index (12) allows the water to flow into the cartridge or not according to the selected indexing. When flowing into the cartridge, the water mixes with the additive and expels it from the embossed bottom (4) which is also punctured for initiating a foaming mixture. A change in the index allows for a return to clear water. An extension of the device can be achieved using a housing that contains a plurality of type (2) cartridges providing a variety of scents, and that can be provided between a water source and its point of use.

Description

CARTRIDGE CONTAINING A WASH ADJUVANT FOR A SHOWER HEAD

The present invention relates to an equipment allowing any user to obtain a foaming mixture and / or rinsing or massaging from a source of water and its adjunct rechargeable. The control can be manual or automatic. There is no such thing on the market today. The proposed invention fills this void. This device remedies this lack and participates in any technical development of specific equipment for cosmetics and body care. The basic equipment of bathroom or bathroom shower type to put on the market adopts this double concept:

• Turn clear water into soapy water: the transformation is reversible. Similarly, any adjuvant miscible with water is to be included in the scope of this invention

• To ensure the rechargeable and plural nature of the function by a removable cartridge system.

The development of equipment likely to use this dual concept, covers the following areas: 1 °) Miscellaneous accessories: any housing that can be inserted between a water source and its point of use allowing the mixing and / or rinsing function. It is planned to develop a "multi-perfume shower adjuvant" accessory. This is a case made of several sources of adjuvants available to the user. The control can be manual or motorized. This accessory will be the passage between the water supply and the knob, extension made to traditional faucets for a foaming and cleaning function. It will be ergonomically positioned in the bathroom or other place of life.

2 °) Catalyst cartridge: the invention is also based on the principle of having associated a circulation of clear water to a cartridge containing an adjuvant. This adjuvant is expelled very gradually from its container by the clear water that has penetrated. The outgoing mixture (water + adjuvant) is soapy.

The device according to the invention is initially declined on the creation of a shower head having 3 fundamental characteristics *:

Similarly, the knob has a waffled bottom and hole, allowing the perforation of aluminum of the cartridge and the expulsion of the beginning of mixing water + adjuvant under the action of water. A lid with perforated flexible rubber nozzles, allows the adjuvant to be expelled under the pressure of water or to be confined in the cartridge and partly in the lid (8) in case of stoppage of passage of the water. The principle thus defined allows a multi uses of the cartridge. Depending on the mode of use, the knob may be equipped with lids, single jet, massaging jet, swirl jet, standard or not commercially available.

The functional wedding, water + push button + cartridge, creates inside the pommel, a swirling bubble mixture initiated and activated in addition by the design technology of the interior of the pommel. Figure (1) shows in section the device adaptable to any system using this invention. An index (12) selects the choice: Sealing is ensured by 2 o-rings (13). Two 90 ° holes initiate passage through (a) or (b).

In its embodiment, the body (1), the nut (5) and the cover (8) can exit injection or foundry. Possibly, a machining resumption can be considered.

The wall thicknesses are designed of approximately equal value to facilitate the process of obtaining. Overall, the knob will display a 0 from about 80 to 90mm for a height of 80 mm. Its length will oscillate between 120 and 150 mm, push button included.

The push button (11) obtained from bar turning, casting or injection is also one of the key elements of the invention as well as its technology.
