- a data input apparatus is same as the data input apparatus mentioned above, except that at least one outermost cell select switch 111 is additionally located on the same line as the cell select switch 110 outside the outermost-disposed key input switch 120. At this time, the outermost cell select switch 111 is pressed or touched to cause the outermost- disposed key input switch 120 adjacent to it to be set into a key input standby. As shown in (b) of Fig. 1, the outermost cell select switch 111 is disposed in all of four faces outside the outermost-disposed key input switch 120.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil d'entrée de données qui peut prendre en charge un nombre accru de valeurs de touches, même dans un espace réduit, et permet de confirmer facilement un emplacement de touche et de reconnaître ainsi intuitivement la confirmation de l'emplacement de touche, tout en réduisant les mouvements de doigt lors de l'activation d'une touche à l'aide d'un doigt, en particulier le pouce. Cette invention peut prendre en charge un nombre accru de valeurs de touches avec un nombre réduit de commutateurs et permet de limiter les mouvements des doigts lors des opérations d'entrée, le commutateur d'activation de touche étant partagé. L'invention permet en outre de confirmer facilement l'emplacement d'entrée grâce à une première étape d'entrée consistant à sélectionner la cellule unitaire, une frappe à l'aveugle étant ainsi possible.
