La présente invention est relative au procédé de préparation de titanates de métal, en particulier l'hexatinate de potassium et son utilisation en tant que composant de matériaux ayant un fort coefficient de friction, en matériaux en plastique, peintures, matériaux résistants à la chaleur et lubrifiants.
