Abstract

Méthodes et trousses conçues pour la détection de polymorphismes spécifiques prédisposant à l'ostéoporose et/ou renseignant sur la réaction probable à un traitement. Les gènes spécifiques analysés sont: i) récepteur de la calcitonine, récepteur de la vitamine D, récepteur d'oestrogène, collagène 1A1: et/ou ii) ostéoprotégérine, gènes LRP5, CYP17, CYP 19 et MTHFR. Les deux groupes peuvent être analysés dans le cadre de réactions d'amplification multiplex sur un échantillon.
