Abstract

système de recyclage de cartouches de peintures usagées, plus particulièrement système de recyclage de ces cartouches et procédé correspondant, permettant de séparer seulement les métaux recyclables par broyage fin des cartouches et élimination de la peinture par le biais d'un solvant organique. Ledit système comprend une unité de broyage qui broie les cartouches en fragments de taille préétablie, une unité de sélection de force magnétique transportant les fragments résultants et éliminant sélectivement uniquement la poudre de peinture partiellement séparée des fragments au moyen d'un aimant, une unité de lavage à réservoir de lavage pour le lavage de ces fragments sur lesquels on a partiellement éliminé la poudre de peinture au niveau de l'unité de sélection de force magnétique avec un solvant organique, et un dispositif de transport à l'extrémité inférieure du réservoir de lavage pour transporter les fragments lavés et empêcher que le solvant organique y soit récupéré, et enfin une unité de sélection de force magnétique de vibration séparant sélectivement le solvant organique et la peinture des fragments transportés depuis l'unité de lavage.
