Abstract
La présente invention concerne un instrument électrochirurgical, plus particulièrement un instrument électrochirurgical pour l'hystérectomie laparoscopique. L'instrument comprend de plus une boucle dilatable et contractable positionnée pour émerger de façon contrôlable de l'extrémité distale de la tige; ladite boucle définissant une première électrode. L'instrument comprend de plus au moins une deuxième électrode qui, dans une première position, est disposée dans la tige et qui, dans une deuxième position, est extraite de la tige. L'instrument selon l'invention est extrêmement simple à utiliser et l'instrument fournit ainsi une amélioration par rapport au procédé de traitement monopolaire de la technique antérieure et par rapport au procédé de traitement bipolaire de la technique antérieure, à la fois en raccourcissant la durée de traitement et en simplifiant le contrôle du traitement.
