Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Wirkstoffe enthaltenden Formkörper, umfassend mindestens zwei Kompartimente mit unterschiedlicher stofflicher Zusammensetzung, wobei jedes Kompartiment unabhängig voneinander mindestens einen Wirkstoff aufweist und wobei in den einzelnen Kompartimenten der Wirkstoff jeweils in einer Matrix enthalten ist und die jeweilige Matrix mindestens einen Füllstoff umfasst, worin der Füllstoffgehalt der jeweiligen Matrix, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der jeweiligen Matrix, ≥ 20 Gew.-% bis ≤ 100 Gew.-% ausmacht. Weiterhin betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher Formkörper sowie dessen Verwendung.
