Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de télémesure radiofréquence (RF) en champ lointain, qui permet de transmettre des données entre un dispositif médical implantable et un système externe. Le système selon l'invention comprend une pluralité de canaux, dont chacun représente une bande de fréquences contenue dans une gamme de fréquences prédéterminée. La transmission de données est effectuée à l'aide d'au moins un canal actif à tout moment. Des sauts de canaux sont réalisés périodiquement tout au long d'une séance de télémesure, de façon que le canal actif passe d'un canal à un autre à travers un réseau de canaux sélectionnés parmi la pluralité de canaux. Si une trame de données n'est pas transmise avec succès, elle est retransmise de manière répétée à l'aide du canal actuel et/ou des canaux actifs suivants jusqu'à ce que la transmission réussisse.
