  • the coupling member 50 includes the locking ring 51 engaged to the closure plug 30, the slider 55 slidably engaged to the body 10, and the hinge 53 interposed between the locking ring 51 and the slider 55.
  • the locking ring 51 holds the closure plug 30 to allow the closure plug to be freely rotated.
  • the slider 55 is linearly slid along the outer periphery of the outlet in the discharge direction, and also is lifted by rotation of the closure plug 30, so that the slider 55 is not released from the closure plug 30. Consequently, the coupling state of the closure plug and the body 10 is maintained to prevent loss of the closure plug.
  • the coupling member 50 couples the closure plug 30 to the body 10, and is not rotated together with the closure plug. But, the coupling member 50 is slid in the discharging direction, and is engaged to the guide way 13, so that the coupling member is fixed to a portion of the periphery of the outlet opening 11.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un récipient doté d'un dispositif de sécurité, qui permet d'éviter la perte du bouchon de fermeture grâce à la liaison de ce dernier avec le corps du récipient lors de l'ouverture du bouchon de fermeture, et qui permet d'éviter que le bouchon de fermeture n'entre en contact avec le visage d'un utilisateur ou que le contenu ne s'échappe du bouchon de fermeture lorsque l'utilisateur boit directement au récipient ou vide le contenu, en maintenant le bouchon de fermeture en position ouverte sans que l'utilisateur doive le tenir avec ses doigts, ce qui améliore considérablement le confort d'utilisation et évite la contamination du contenu. Le récipient comprend un corps doté d'une ouverture de sortie, et un bouchon de fermeture qui vient en prise avec l'ouverture de sortie et se dégage de cette dernière afin d'ouvrir et de fermer le récipient. Une rainure annulaire est formée sur le pourtour externe du bouchon de fermeture. Le récipient comprend également un élément de couplage constitué d'un anneau de verrouillage logé dans la rainure du bouchon de fermeture, ledit élément ne faisant pas obstacle à la rotation du bouchon de fermeture, et au moins une coulisse formée sur un côté de l'anneau de verrouillage et coulissant le long de l'ouverture de sortie du corps. Le corps possède une voie de guidage formé sur le pourtour externe de l'ouverture de sortie, ladite voie correspondant à la coulisse de l'élément de couplage et ne faisant pas obstacle à l'ouverture et à la fermeture du bouchon de fermeture. Des butées sont formées sur les extrémités supérieure et inférieure de la voie de guidage, afin d'éviter que les éléments de couplage ne se séparent du corps. La différence d'épaisseur entre l'anneau de verrouillage et la coulisse permet de former une charnière pliable solidaire sur les éléments de couplage.
