Abstract

La présente invention concerne un connecteur électrique qui comprend : un boîtier isolant (3) doté d'une ouverture traversante de réception de contact qui s'étend d'une face arrière à une face avant, un contact électrique (4) inséré dans l'ouverture. Le boîtier (3) du connecteur comprend un bord inférieur (17) situé en dessous et au-delà de ladite surface de support inférieure (14), pourvu d'un rebord (18) formé à l'intérieur d'une partie de l'épaisseur à partir de la face arrière (3b) jusqu'à la face avant (3a), ledit rebord (18) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la surface de support inférieure (14) du bras de positionnement (13) et en dessous de celle-ci et s'étendant sur une distance qui correspond sensiblement à la longueur du boîtier. Une partie de la première section (4a) du contact électrique installée sur le boîtier comprend une forme asymétrique.
