Abstract

The invention relates to a hair dryer comprising means for heating and circulating an air flow between an intake end (2) in a housing (1) and an outlet end (3), and a device (6) for modifying the section of the air jet generated, that comprises a flexible deformable nozzle (8) provided at the outlet end (3). According to the invention, the device (6) includes means for quickly tilting, by clamping, the front end (10) of said nozzle (8), between two stable positions, i.e. a first position A in which the section is close to the air outlet section (3) of the hair dyer and a second position B.
