Abstract
Système micro-intégré numérique pour le mesurage et l'analyse de spectre de vibration et de température dans des applications industrielles et technologiques, qui fournit des mesures entièrement basées sur un microprocesseur, d'un point de vue diagnostic, et plateforme de protection de système d'autodiagnostic numérique pour l'analyse de processus technologiques, leurs composants et machines individuelles, en utilisant leur image de vibration. De cette façon, ce système présente un avantage direct par rapport à des systèmes permanents pour le contrôle et le diagnostic, avec une nouvelle possibilité d'enregistrement préliminaire d'anomalies et de prédiction d'avaries potentielles par type, lieu et temps, préalablement à leur représentation visuelle. Ainsi, ce système est d'abord prévu pour des procédures de maintenance, de supervision et de protection préliminaires d'équipements en ce qui concerne les anomalies et les avaries potentielles, avec une possibilité appliquée de réalisation simple et peu coûteuse d'un système de mesure “en ligne” massif, en vue de la supervision centralisée et continue d'usines de centres technologiques, grâce à la surveillance de la situation actuelle =, avec la détection d'anomalies potentielles susceptibles de se produire à l'avenir.
