Abstract
La présente invention concerne l'induction d'une hypothermie chez l'homme, de manière prévisible et sensible à la dose, au moyen d'une composition pharmaceutique comprenant une combinaison (1) d'agonistes des récepteurs des vanilloïdes, de capsaicinoïdes ou d'agonistes de type capsaicinoïdes atteignant les récepteurs des vanilloïdes et se liant à ceux-ci, et (2) de cannabinoïdes ou d'agonistes cannabimimétiques atteignant les récepteurs des cannabinoïdes et se liant à ceux-ci, ce qui permet d'induire une hypothermie bénéfique pour les patients souffrant de maladies caractérisées par une anoxie tissulaire.
