Abstract

L'invention décrit des techniques de stabilisation d'images vidéo électroniques utilisées dans des dispositifs d'imagerie ou vidéo. Lesdites techniques consistent à déterminer des statistiques de mouvement et des statistiques spatiales de macroblocs individuels d'une trame, à déterminer un vecteur mouvement global de la trame à partir des statistiques de chaque macrobloc. Dans un mode de réalisation, un procédé de stabilisation d'une image électronique consiste à effectuer une estimation spatiale sur chaque macrobloc situé à l'intérieur d'une trame d'une image, pour obtenir des statistiques spatiales de chaque macrobloc, à effectuer une estimation de mouvement sur chaque macrobloc, pour obtenir des statistiques de mouvement pour chaque macrobloc, à intégrer les statistiques spatiales et les statistiques de mouvement de chaque macrobloc pour déterminer un vecteur mouvement global de la trame, et à décaler l'image par rapport à une fenêtre de référence en fonction du vecteur mouvement global.
