Abstract
La présente invention concerne une composition particulière de gel d'électrophorèse obtenu par polymérisation radicalaire du monomère NAT (N-acryloyl-tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane) en présence d'un monomère vinylique additionnel et d'un agent de réticulation, dans des proportions pour le monomère NAT comprises entre 20 et 70wt% et pour le monomère additionnel comprises entre 30 et 80wt% de la teneur massique totale en monomères. Le gel d'électrophorèse obtenu présente des propriétés permettant d'améliorer de manière très significative l'extraction et le transfert des molécules biologiques telles que des protéines et des peptides tout en garantissant d'excellentes performances au niveau de la résolution ainsi qu'au niveau des propriétés optiques et mécaniques dudit gel d'électrophorèse.
