Abstract
Selon cette invention, un voile photosensible (22) est entraîné à faible vitesse (V1) et, simultanément, un mécanisme de découpe partielle (36) forme des parties découpées (34) dans le voile (22) et un mécanisme de fixation d’étiquettes (40) applique des étiquettes adhésives (38) au voile (22). Ensuite, un mécanisme de découpe de voile inter-substrat (48) découpe le voile photosensible (22) entre deux substrats adjacents (24), un mécanisme d’application (46) applique le voile (22) à un substrat de verre (24) par chauffage et pression alors que le voile (22) et le substrat (24) sont entraînés à haute vitesse (V2), ce qui produit un substrat appliqué (24a).
