  • annular seal 63 which has a number of axial through holes communicating with chamber 42, is fitted to sleeve 56 to slide axially between a top flange 64 and a bottom flange 65 of sleeve 56, and engages in sliding manner the inner surface of lateral wall 33 to move, following axial displacement of sleeve 56, between a raised position ( Figures 3 and 5) , in which annular seal 63 is compressed by bottom flange 65 against the top surface of bell 32 and is housed entirely inside chamber 32a, and a lowered position ( Figure 4), in which annular seal 63 extends through hole 48 in plate 47 and is compressed axially, in use, by top flange 64 against flange 24 of neck 25 of relative barrel 5.
  • the tapping head 9 to be activated is in the Figure 5 configuration, i.e. is connected by relative connecting device 23 to flange 24 of neck 25 of relative barrel 5, with relative sleeve 56 in the raised position, and with plate 47 in the withdrawn closed position.
  • plate 47 defines, beneath sleeve 56, chamber 32a, which communicates on one side with conduit 53 and therefore with wash circuit 16, and, on the other side, with axial conduit 62 and therefore with piping 6 and tap dispenser 2.

Abstract

Tête de soutirage (9) pour systèmes distributeurs de boissons sous pression (1), caractérisée en ce qu’une cloche (32) est connectée à deux conduits (55, 53) permettant d'alimenter la cloche en gaz sous pression et en un fluide de lavage respectivement (32), possède une chambre de circulation de réfrigérant (34a), possède un élément de connexion (23), en une première extrémité ouverte, pour se connecter à un goulot de sortie (25) d’un barillet relatif (5), et est solidarisée, à l'autre extrémité, avec un corps tubulaire (39) communiquant avec l’intérieur de la cloche (32) et logeant de manière coulissante un élément coulissant tubulaire (56), ayant en outre, un conduit axial traversant (62) communiquant avec la cloche (32), et est mobile entre une position sortie ouvrant à la fois le goulot de sortie (25) et le conduit d’arrivée de gaz sous pression (55), et une position rétractée séparée du goulot de sortie (25) et refermant le conduit d’arrivée de gaz sous pression (55); et caractérisée en ce qu’un élément de porte (47) coopère avec la cloche (32) et peut passer en position fermée pour définir, à l’intérieur de la cloche (32) et lorsque l’élément coulissant tubulaire (56) est en position rétractée, une chambre étanche au fluide (32a) connectant le conduit supplémentaire (62) et le conduit d’arrivée de gaz sous pression (55).
