Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système de gril rotatif qui est constitué de un double gril de barbecue monté sur un arbre ou axe et l’ensemble de gril-axe entier est tourné par un ensemble d’entraînement simple au-dessus d’un feu à charbon réel ou une source de chaleur en général. Le système de gril rotatif est approprié pour faire griller des poissons entiers ou de gros morceaux plats de viande ou des aliments en général placés entre les deux grils. Une rotation uniforme continue ou intermittente de l’ensemble de gril par des moyens électriques ou mécaniques garantit une grillade uniforme et donc une meilleure saveur et élimine la nécessité de manipulation manuelle et de présence constante d’une personne.
