Abstract
L'invention concerne un jeu de ressorts, en particulier pour un matelas, comprenant une pluralité de ressorts hélicoïdaux disposés les uns à côtés des autres dans un plan et reliés les uns aux autres, ce jeu de ressorts étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins deux ressorts de forme différente. Ce jeu de ressorts est réalisé par un procédé consistant à produire tous les ressorts (F1,..., F8) successivement dans la même machine à enrouler les ressorts (16) et à disposer ensuite les ressorts en rangée. Chaque ressort (F1,..., F8) est d'abord préformé sous forme de spirale à partir d'un fil au moyen du même dispositif d'enroulement (20) à l'intérieur de la machine à enrouler les ressorts (16), puis chaque ressort préformé est soumis à un traitement ultérieur différent en fonction du ressort, ce traitement conférant au ressort sa forme définitive. L'invention concerne également un dispositif permettant de mettre en oeuvre ce procédé.
