Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant d'usiner des pièces présentant des contours intérieurs et extérieurs aussi bien en faux-rond qu'à symétrie de rotation sur une pièce rotative. Au moins un outil à tranchant droit vient en contact avec la pièce; le tranchant est incliné à un angle α par rapport à l'axe de rotation de la pièce; le tranchant est déplacé autour d'un axe de pivotement avec un mouvement d'avance en arc de cercle; pendant le déplacement en avant, le point d'action entre la pièce et l'outil migre le long du tranchant et un mouvement d'avance produit les contours intérieurs et extérieurs en faux-rond de la pièce et/ou compense les écarts de contours inhérents à la forme de la coupe.
