Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de dosage par fluorescence à usage unique, qui sert à déterminer la présence d'au moins une substance à analyser dans un échantillon de liquide, notamment un échantillon de liquide biologique. Le système de dosage comprend un premier réactif contenant des nanocristaux fluorescents, et un second réactif contenant un fragment de désactivation qui, dans au moins une situation prédéterminée, se lie efficacement au premier réactif pour désactiver la fluorescence des nanocristaux. La situation prédéterminée peut être l'absence de la substance à analyser dans un échantillon de liquide ou, dans un autre mode de réalisation, la présence de la substance à analyser dans l'échantillon de liquide. Certains modes de réalisation exemplaires mettent en oeuvre un boîtier, et un élément de dosage à usage unique configuré pour s'associer au boîtier, recevoir un échantillon de liquide et doser au moins une substance à analyser présumée présente dans l'échantillon de liquide. Le système de dosage par fluorescence à usage unique comprend en outre, facultativement, un fluormètre pouvant générer un éclairage d'excitation au niveau d'un site de détection pour provoquer la fluorescence des nanocristaux dans la situation de non extinction. Dans certains modes de réalisation du système de dosage par fluorescence à usage unique, un premier réactif comprend des nanocristaux fluorescents comportant un ou plusieurs sites de liaison de la substance à analyser cible, et un second réactif comprend la substance à analyser cible ou un analogue de celle-ci conjugué à des fragments de désactivation.
