Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de détection et d’acquisition de données de radiation consistant à détecter des événements de radiation avec un détecteur multimodalité. Le détecteur comprend des cristaux à semi-conducteur formant une matrice de pixels que l’on peut disposer en rangées et en colonnes, et possède un champ de détection de radiation permettant de détecter des événements de radiation. Les événements de radiation pour chaque pixel sont comptés par un module électronique fixé à chaque pixel. Le module électronique comprend un analyseur de seuil permettant d’analyser les événements de radiation. L’analyseur de seuil identifie des événements valides en comparant un niveau d’énergie associé aux événements de radiation avec un seuil prédéterminé. Le module électronique comprend en outre au moins un premier compteur pour compter les événements valides.
