Abstract

Boîte rigide pliable à manchon rectangulaire en carton gris rigide à panneau externe articulé avec la base du manchon et ajusté parfaitement avec ce manchon. Un plateau interne étroit comporte une hélice et des parties triangulaires intégrées et chevauchantes qui forment la base. Les ébauches constituant l'hélice ont des ailes marginales intégrées pliées, pour former le plateau. Un panneau interne est articulé sur un côté et à l'intérieur du plateau. L'une des ébauches constituant l'hélice comporte une ouverture. Une moitié d'un connecteur Velcro est fixée à chacun des panneaux interne et externe aux fins d'adaptation à travers l'ouverture sur les côtés opposés de l'ébauche. La boîte est tenue assemblée par du papier de couverture solide qui relie les panneaux latéraux du manchon. Le panneau de fond externe est articulé au panneau latéral par le papier de couverture. Le panneau interne est articulé avec l'une des ébauches de fond du plateau étroit. Un couvercle rectangulaire repliable est prévu, et les côtés du couvercle sont rattachés à la partie de dessus par du papier de couverture.
