Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé et à un appareil permettant de déterminer l'évolution d'une maladie. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste: à déterminer un espace vectoriel prédéterminé, lequel décrit mathématiquement un jeu de référence de données résolues en longueur d'onde à une pluralité d'intervalles temporels ; à irradier de lumière un échantillon contenant au moins une cellule ; à collecter des données cibles, lesquelles correspondent à une lumière qui est soit émise par l'échantillon soit diffusée de ce dernier, et contiennent une pluralité de mesures de lumière résolues en longueur d'onde spatialement correctes ; à transformer les données cibles en l'espace vectoriel prédéterminé pour chaque mesure de lumière résolue en longueur d'onde spatialement correcte; à analyser une distribution de points transformés dans l'espace vectoriel prédéterminé ; à classer, sur la base de ladite analyse, une transition vers un état pathologique de l'échantillon.
