OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention refers, as its name implies, to a system and a procedure for the control of encapsulated explosives in technical sectors of industrial use such as mining, public works, etc.
Concretamente, el objeto de la invención es conseguir un sistema y un procedimiento de control por medio de la utilización de un chip de identificación por radiofrecuencia, comúnmente denominada RFID (del inglésSpecifically, the object of the invention is to achieve a control system and method by means of the use of a radio frequency identification chip, commonly referred to as RFID.
Radio Frequency Identification)Radio Frequency Identification)
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Currently, explosives control is carried out by means of the well-known barcodes, which need a direct reading, and which are still a simple identification label.
However, a system that allows remote control of them when they are already in the pit or where they are going to be used is not known in the field of explosives.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The system and procedure described below solves the aforementioned problems, since the Explosive control is carried out through the use of Radio Frequency, which is already used in applications such as inventory control of containers, animals or people, according to ISO standards (ISO 10374, ISO 11784, ISO 10536).
The system and method of the invention are based on the use of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology which covers the use of a chip that stores an identification number that can be read remotely by a reader or detector composed of a sender and receiver.
This communication between the chip and the reader, which is carried out through electromagnetic waves, therefore does not require a direct line of sight.
More specifically, the proposed invention is based on introducing during the manufacturing process of the encapsulated explosive, a radiofrequency or RFDI identification chip inside, which will be called the plotter of the explosive, said chip being completely wrapped by the explosive material.
From then on, during the manipulation of the cartridge throughout its life cycle, the trace of the RFID chip can be followed, which thus becomes the tracer of the cartridge.
One or more RFID chips can be inserted inside the cartridge, but all those chips that are inserted into a cartridge must have a unique identification number.
Due to its radio frequency communication properties, the communication between the plotter and the Tracer detector can be performed remotely even when the cartridge is buried in the hole in the moments before blasting. This allows us to check the loading of the holes and verify that the sum of the set of cartridges buried in the holes, and the set of leftover cartridges is equal to the set of cartridges that were in the pit in the moments before loading the holes. .
Once the equality of these assemblies has been verified, it is proven that no cartridge has been left out of control, and the blasting is carried out, which destroys the explosives buried in the holes and their corresponding tracers.
If the equality between sets is not fulfilled, it must be assumed that one or more cartridges have been lost, and the competent authorities must be informed of them.
Finally, after blasting, some cartridges may fail and not detonate. The system also allows you to scan the debris from the blasting to locate untapped cartridges that have been buried in the debris.

KEALIZACION PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓNPREFERRED KEALIZATION OF THE INVENTION
As can be seen in Figure 1, the system of the invention comprises at least one RFID or RFID identification chip or tracer (1) that is inserted into the encapsulated explosive (2), which communicates remotely with a reader or detector (3) composed of a transmitter (4) and a receiver (5) through electromagnetic waves.
From then on, during the manipulation of the bonded explosive (2) throughout its life cycle, the trace of the RFID chip (1) can be followed, which thus becomes the tracer of the cartridge, even allowing its control when it is buried in the hole in the moments before the blasting.
Thus, it can be checked that the number of encapsulated explosives (2) buried in the holes, and the number of encapsulated explosives (2) remaining is equal to the set of encapsulated explosives (2) that were in the pit before loading said holes .
Once it has been verified that no encapsulated explosive (2) has been left out of control, the blasting is carried out, in which the RFID tracers or chips (1) are also destroyed. In the same way, the control procedure of the encapsulated explosives (2) also serves to locate those without detonating that have been buried in the rubble.
