Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de comminution comportant plusieurs arbres (5) rotatifs ou oscillants, essentiellement parallèles, entraînés par moteur, qui sont disposés en dessous d'une trémie d'alimentation dans un boîtier de machine. Les arbres présentent une pluralité de disques d'outils de comminution, de préférence décalés les uns par rapport aux autres et munis d'éléments écarteurs ou de disques écarteurs, disposés entre et les disques d'outils comportent des prolongements sous forme de dents, notamment pour ouvrir des fruits à coquilles, des fruits à grains, des céréales ou toute biomasse de ce type. Selon l'invention, il est prévu dans le boîtier de la machine (1), un coulisseau mobile (6) dont le sens de coulissement peut être sélectionné de manière à se déplacer en direction des arbres (5), conjointement avec les disques d'outils et à pouvoir en être éloigné, dans le boîtier (1) de la machine. Le parcours de déplacement s'étend sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan formé par les axes des arbres et ce plan des axes est orienté, quant à lui, sensiblement parallèlement à la surface du coulisseau, de sorte que la biomasse alimentée soit comprimée contre les disques d'outils respectifs, sous l'effet du déplacement du coulisseau et que la comminution débute.
