Abstract

The invention relates to a device for opening and closing a straw-equipped closure element. More specifically, the invention relates to a device for opening and closing a closure element which opens along the height thereof when a manual pressure is applied against two removable parts (1) that are resting on a plastic base (2) which is coupled to a straw. According to the invention, one part (3) of the straw is in the liquid, while the remaining two parts thereof are located inside the closure element, namely the fixed part (6) and the flexible part (7). The inventive device is particularly suitable for bottles containing any type of liquid that is intended for consumption.
