Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Elektrodenanordnung (10) für elektrophysiologische Untersuchungen biologischer Zellen (Z) und dergleichen. Die Elektrodenanordnung (10) weist einen Kontaktbereich (40k) zum Kontaktieren der Elektrodenanordnung (10) mit einer biologischen Zelle (Z) oder dergleichen, sowie einen Anschlussbereich (40A) zur externen elektrischen Kontaktierung der Elektrodenanordnung (10) auf. Der Kontaktbereich (40K) ist mit einer oder einer Mehrzahl Elektrodenspitzen (40s) ausgebildet, die sich vom Anschlussbereich (40a) her erstrecken und eine geometrische Gestalt aufweisen, die im Betrieb ein ansonsten zerstörungsfreies Eindringen in eine biologische Zelle (Z) oder dergleichen über deren Membran (M) in das Zellinnere (I) erlaubt.
