  • the soft-cup type pack is usually made with a low grammage paper and the Box type pack is made with heavier grammage paper.
  • the Box type pack allows the use of an articulable top, which is why they are usually referred to as fliptop.
  • the soft-cup type pack does not usually have the articulable top, since the low grammage of the pack paper makes the movement and closing of the cover difficult, specially due to the constant handling of the pack by the user.
  • the low resistance of the structure of the pack causes it to become deformed by the user, making it difficult to perform the closing and movement of the top of the pack.

Abstract

La présente invention vise un paquet de cigarettes (1) à couvercle supérieur articulé (8) doté d’un système de fermeture différencié (13, 14, 15) permettant une fermeture parfaite de l’emballage même quand celui-ci est fabriqué en un matériau sensiblement souple et de faible grammage, comme les types de paquets dits « souples ».
