Abstract

L'invention porte sur des procédés et des systèmes de réactions de client, lesquels procédés consistent: à recueillir des réactions de client alors que le client se trouve physiquement dans un environnement de vente au détail; à transmettre les réactions de client à une installation de traitement des données, via une installation de communication sans fil, l'installation de traitement des données comparant automatiquement la réaction de client à au moins une valeur seuil conforme à une règle commerciale afin de déterminer une réaction d'alerte; et à communiquer un message à un employé d'une entreprise associée à l'environnement de vente au détail. Les réactions de client sont également recueillies par une installation de transaction de paiement comprenant un écran d'affichage tactile apte à présenter des informations de transaction et à recevoir une signature. Afin de recueillir la réaction de client, une interrogation de client est présentée sur l'écran d'affichage tactile avec des réponses à choix.
