Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Rückgewinnungssystem und ein Verfahren zur Rückgewinnung von Wasserstoff und Methan aus einem Spaltgasstrom im Tieftemperaturteil einer Ethylenanlage. Das Rückgewinnungssystem weist dabei folgende Komponenten auf: einen integrierten Multi-Kondensatabscheider; einen C2-Absorber; eine Wasserstoff/Methan Expansionsvorrichtung und eine C1/C2-Niederdruckkolonne (Demethanizer), wobei der Multi-Kondensatabscheider mindestens zwei verschiedene Bereiche aufweist, die mit verschieden zusammengesetzten Spaltgasströmen beaufschlagt werden.
