[164] The function and acting of the service discount system connected with time according to the third embodiment of the present invention constructed as above will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[165] FIG 14 is a flow chart showing signal flows in the service discount system connected with time according to the third embodiment of the present invention.
[166] First, the second service providing company's server SPS2 of one service providing
company accesses to the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS) to register margin division information by the number of person. [168] If the first service providing company applies the requesting signal for constructing the package goods to provide the division margin depending on the information from the second service providing company to the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS), the first service providing company's server SPSl uploads and registers service goods information, discount rate information connected with overall time, respective time range and the discount rate changing information depending on the range, and the minimum marginal cost information, etc., along with the requesting signal with the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS), and then registers the closing day information on the service goods with it.
[169] At this time, since the first service providing company assures the division margin provided from the second service providing company, its own providing service goods price is lower so that it provides in substantially minimum marginal cost, resulting in that the service goods can be sold within an available selling time to assure the constant number of persons.
[170] As a result, the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS) uses the information uploaded from the first and second service providing company's servers SPSl and SPS2 to allow unspecified users to readably register the information as the package goods
[171] If the package service goods are registered with the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS), the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS) automatically applies the changing value of the discount rate preset to execute the update processing on the service charge.
[172] In the state, if the user accesses to the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS) through the terminals Al to An to execute member joining, the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS)
accounts the user's ID and password to read the information so that the user can read the service goods information to which the discount rate connected with time registered with the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS) is applied. In this state, the user generates purchasing signals and transmits them to the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS) to purchase specific service goods, and in case that desired service goods are absent, is able to reserve and register specific purchasing conditions with the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS).
[173] If the user makes the input of the service goods purchasing conditions, the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS) compares the service goods information uploaded from a number of service providing company's servers (SPS) in real time or compares the service goods pre-stored in the database with the user's conditions information. Since the service goods pre-stored in the database is applied with different discount rates depending on time elapse, even the service goods pre- stored is automatically compared and retrieved with the user's conditions information in real time.
[174] If the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS) judges that the specific service goods information matches with the user's conditions information, it transmits the service goods information to the user's cellular phones B 1 to Bn through SMS and if the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS) receives purchasing signals from the user's cellular phones B 1 to Bn, it executes a settlement processing on the service goods.
[175] If the settlement processing is completed and a closing time for selling the package goods is approaching, the service information providing server connected with time (TASIS) transfers an amount (M2b-M2a) subtracting division margin M2a to the second company and a service goods selling charge being an amount adding the division margin M2a to the first company.
[176] The service discount system connected with time and method of the same according to the embodiments of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above only, and various changes thereof might be made without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention.

Industrial Applicability
[178] The service discount system connected with time and method of the same according to the present invention has advantages that it allows a number of service providing companies to sell service goods within an available service selling time in order to minimize vacant room rates and vacant seat rates, presents a reasonable discounted
price by using a scheme connected with time rather than a fixed discounting scheme to increase profit margin rates, providing discount rates to users to allow them to purchase service goods and resell them, and providing division margin to a number of small service providing companies by using the system to allow them to construct package goods, enhancing synergy effect among the companies.
Claims
[1] A service discount system connected with time provided for the respective service providing companies comprises' a first to N service providing company's servers, which transmit the service goods information and the discount rate information connected with time to a service information providing server connected with time and execute a selling agency request to provide the service goods information and the discount rate information connected with time or discounted price information to users for quickly selling the service goods withm a valid service selling time; a first to N user's terminals, which access the service information providing server to read the service goods information and the discount rate information connected with time uploaded by the first to N service providing company's servers and comprise a communication module such as a modem, etc., and a web browser therein to generate signals for purchasing the corresponding service goods; a first to N user's mobile terminals, which access to the service providing servers connected with time (TASIS) to read the service goods information and the discount rate information connected with time uploaded by the first to N service providing company's servers, generate signals for purchasing the corresponding service goods, and comprise a communication module and a mobile web browser therein to execute the conditions setting with respect to specific services for receiving the service information matched with the corresponding conditions; and the service information providing server connected with time, which receives the service goods information and the discount rate information connected with time from the first to N service providing company's servers of the respective service providing companies to allow many and unspecified users to readably register them; renews the service goods price information to which the discount rate is applied by checking time elapse, receives and sets the service goods purchasing conditions information from the first to N user's terminals or the first to N user's mobile terminals; retrieves the service goods matched with the corresponding purchasing conditions in real time; prepares and processes SMS's to transmit the service information on the retrieved results to the first to N user's mobile terminals; and executes a settlement processing for the corresponding service goods depending on the purchasing signal from the users.
[2] The service discount system connected with time as claimed in claim 1, wherein it further comprises:
a web server, which is provided with the information received through a data communication network such as an internet, etc., associated with the service information providing server connected with time to interface it with the service information providing server connected with time, and transmits and processes the information from the service information providing server connected with time to a specific terminal or a server, and an SMS server, which is connected with the service information providing server connected with time so that when completing the preparation of character messages of the service information providing server connected with time with respect to the specific service information it transmits and processes the corresponding character messages to the set user's mobile terminals.
[3] The service discount system connected with time as claimed in claim 1, wherein data applying discount rate connected with time, processed in the service information providing server connected with time, is stored in the service information providing server connected with time, as data having a plurality of discount rates applying patterns depending on time elapse, so that the service providing server can be previously selected.
[4] The service discount system connected with time as claimed in claim 1, wherein the service information providing server connected with time is configured of: a communication module, which converts and receives a protocol by receiving data transmitted through an internet network or a mobile communication network, performs a filtering process on the data, and allows many and unspecified users to readably transmit and process the data stored in the data storage a key input unit, which generates key input signals of a server manager to execute the various key inputs of the server for managing them; a service providing company that provides service goods to which discount rate connected with time is applied, or a member information manager that manages user's, purchasing the service goods, personal information, and ID information and password information, and executes the user's authentication processing when the user accesses service discount system, a service providing company register, which registers the information on a service providing company providing service goods to which discount rates connected with time are applied; a service discount rate setting unit, which sets changing discount rate information on service goods with changing discount rates depending on time elapse, a retrieving unit, which registers user's service purchasing conditions and
compnses a retrieving processor retrieving various service goods depending on the conditions, a retrieve conditions setting unit, which registers purchasing conditions with respect to service goods to be purchased by user's access, a settlement processor, which transmits service information matched with user's purchasing conditions and receives the user's purchasing signal to execute a settlement processing on the user's service charge depending on the purchasing signal, a SMS sender, which, if service goods registered by a number of service providing companies are matched with conditions information registered by users, prepares the service goods with SMS to transmit them to the user's cellular phones, a member information DB, which stores member personal information, and ID and password; a service providing company information DB, which stores personal information on the service providing company providing the service goods with changing discount rates connected with time; a discount processing algorithm, which executes a data updating process by auto matically converting into a selling price which discount rate preset by a service providing company is applied depending on time elapse, a retrieve processing algorithm, which registers user s service purchasing conditions and retrieves service goods, a settlement information DB, which is connected with the settlement processor to store service goods information settled, paying teller information and settlement amount information; a SMS transmitting DB, which is connected with the SMS sender to store service goods information and user's terminal information transmitted through the SMS sender; and a controller, which receives service goods information and discount rate information connected with time transmitted from the service providing company's server to set and register them with the service discount rate setting unit, allows unspecified users to readably open them, receives service goods purchasing conditions information from the user to execute the retrieve processing in state of setting it to the retrieve conditions setting unit, when retrieving the corresponding service goods controls the SMS sender to transmit the corresponding service information, and receives purchasing signals for service goods to execute settlement processing
[5] The service discount system connected with time as claimed in claim 4,
wherein the discount processing algorithm, preset in the server, previously sets the corresponding discount rate and time information by using the discount rate applying graphs selected through servers of the service providing company to automatically apply the discount rate depending on time elapse for changing a selling price and allows the corresponding service selling price change to automatically update data.
[6] The service discount system connected with time as claimed in claim 4, wherein the retrieve processing algorithm is previously registered through a date range for which the service goods are provided, location information for which the service goods are provided, and price information on the service goods, which user sets, or is processed through a comparison with service goods information to be upload in real time.
[7] A service discount method connected with time comprising the steps of: selecting and registering a classifying group depending on the classification of the service providing company by accessing a specific service providing company's server connected to the service discount system connected with time; allowing the service providing company's server to upload and to register service goods information, discount rate information connected with overall time, the respective time range and the discount rate changing information depending on the range, and the minimum marginal cost information, etc., and then to register closing day information on the service goods; allowing the service information providing server connected with time to register the service goods to be sold and open a database to read the service goods; allowing the service information providing server connected with time to receive and to transmit purchasing signals on whether the corresponding service goods can be purchased from the user's terminals or cellular phones to the service providing company's server to judge whether the corresponding service goods can be purchased or not; allowing the service information providing server connected with time to pay a charge on the service goods, if the corresponding service goods can be purchased; and allowing the service information providing server connected with time to register the service goods selling completion information.
[8] The service discount method connected with time as claimed in claim 7, it further comprises the steps of: receiving service purchasing reservation information from a user's terminal and registering it on the service discount system connected with time; allowing the service information providing server connected with time to retrieve
the service previously registered or the service goods uploaded in real time, through a retrieve formula using the corresponding conditions information, allowing the service information providing server connected with time to judge whether the preset time is elapsed, if it does not retrieve the service goods that the specific service goods are matched with using the user's retrieve formula, allowing the service information providing server connected with time to again retrieve all service goods including service goods newly uploaded during the time, if the preset time is elapsed, and allowing the service information providing server connected with time to extract the information on the user's cellular phones, and prepare the service information with SMS and transmit it, if it retrieves the service goods that the specific service goods are matched with using the user's retrieve formula
[9] The service discount method connected with time as claimed in claim 7, wherein when retrieving again the service information providing server connected with time, the discount rates are changed and updated depending on time elapse, thereby executing the retrieve again on information of all service goods
[10] The service discount method connected with time as claimed in claim 7, wherein if the service information providing server connected with time does not receive settlement information from the user's terminal when the preset time is exceeded after transmitting purchasable service information conforming to the user s conditions, it executes an unsettled process for the corresponding service goods and cancels the reservation information for the user purchasing the service goods.
[11] The service discount method connected with time as claimed in claim 7, wherein when asking the service goods providing server whether the service goods can be purchased, the service information providing server connected with time receives signals that the service goods cannot be purchased, and in this case, it registers the service goods selling information and cancels the corresponding service goods from the purchasable service information
[12] The service discount method connected with time as claimed in claim 7, wherein it further comprises the steps of: allowing the users who purchases specific service goods to generate a reselling signal of the corresponding service goods to the service information providing server connected with time through user's terminals, and allowing the service information providing server connected with time to execute the registration of the service goods according to the corresponding reselling signal
[13] The service discount method connected with time as claimed in claim 12,
wherein the reselling service goods registered with the service information providing server connected with time are set so that the service goods price with the fixed discounted price to which the discount rate connected with time is not applied is registered. [14] A service discount method connected with time comprises the steps of: registering the margin division information by the number of persons in the service information providing server connected with time from second service providing company allowing the first service providing company's server, of the other service providing company, to access to the service information providing server connected with time, to read the information, and to generate the requesting signal, with respect to the construction of the package goods, for the second service company; allowing the first service providing company's server to upload and to register service goods information, discount rate information connected with overall time, respective time range and the discount rate changing information depending on the range, and the minimum marginal cost information, etc., along with the requesting signal, with the service information providing server connected with time, and then to register the closing day information on the service goods with it, allowing the service information providing server connected with time to use the information uploaded from the first and second service providing company's servers to allow unspecified users to readably register the information as the package goods; allowing the service information providing server connected with time to receive purchasing signals on specific package goods from the user's terminals; allowing the service information providing server connected with time to execute a settlement processing on the corresponding package goods; and allowing the service information providing server connected with time transfer an amount, subtracting a division margin, to the second company and a service goods selling charge, being an amount, adding the division margin, to the first company, if the settlement processing is completed and a closing time for selling the package goods is approaching.
