Abstract

La présente invention a trait à un procédé de détermination d'un pronostic pour un sujet soumis à une thérapie du cancer avec un agent qui assure l'activité de la protéine de choc thermique 70 (Hsp70) comprenant l'étape de comparaison d'une activité de cellule tueuse naturelle dans un échantillon d'essai avec une activité de cellule tueuse naturelle dans un échantillon de contrôle. L'échantillon de contrôle peut être prélevé du sujet préalablement au dosage avec l'agent et l'échantillon d'essai peut être prélevé du sujet après le dosage avec l'agent. Une croissance dans l'activité de cellule tueuse naturelle dans l'échantillon d'essai comparée à l'échantillon de contrôle indique un pronostic amélioré.
