Abstract

L'invention a trait à un textile contenant au moins une couche de nanofibres polymériques ayant un diamètre de 600 nanomètres produit par filage électrostatique d'une solution polymérique. Les nanofibres polymériques contiennent des particules de substance de bas poids moléculaire dissoutes ou dispersées dans une solution polymérique soumise au filage électrostatique, éventuellement des particules de substance de bas poids moléculaire créée par une réaction chimique résultant de la substance de bas poids moléculaire originale dissoute ou dispersée en solution, soumise au filage électrostatique. L'invention a également trait à un procédé de production de la couche de nanofibres à partir de la solution polymérique par filage électrostatique dans un champ électrique créé par une différence de potentiel entre une électrode chargée et une contre-électrode, à laquelle la solution polymérique est amenée dans le champs électrique pour filage au travers de la surface d'une électrode rotative chargée ; en même temps les nanofibres créées dans ce champ électrique sont transportées vers la contre-électrode et se déposent sur la surface qui leur est destinée. La solution polymérique pour le filage contient les particules de substance de bas poids moléculaire qui sont prises avec le polymère, lors du filage, dans les nanofibres créées.
