Abstract

L'invention est relative à un dispositif pour réaliser une réaction à température élevée comprenant : - une chambre de réaction (12) - une première zone (14) sensiblement cylindrique entourant ladite chambre dans laquelle circule au moins l'un des réactifs à introduire dans ladite chambre, cette zone étant séparée de la chambre de façon, à récupérer la chaleur perdue par cette chambre. - une seconde zone (16) sensiblement cylindrique entourant la première zone et dans laquelle circule au moins un réactif destiné à être introduit dans ladite chambre de réaction, cette zone étant séparée de la première zone de façon à récupérer la chaleur perdue par cette première zone. Dans les deux zones, les réactifs sont en contact direct avec les parois. La chambre de réaction comporte deux parties dont la première (42, 28) est le siège de la réaction et la seconde (44) constitue un canal sensiblement rectiligne d'évacuation des produits de la réaction. L'échange thermique entre cette seconde partie de la chambre et la première zone est sensiblement plus important qu'entre la première partie et la première zone.
