Abstract

L’invention concerne un stent réalisant un excellent suivi des lumières (et permettant donc de traverser les lumières en serpentant dans les trois dimensions), évitant essentiellement tout rétrécissement et permettant d’y ménager un trou latéral. Une pièce annulaire (1) comprend dix éléments ondulés (11) se succédant dans la direction circonférentielle de façon à se dilater dans la direction radiale. Chaque élément ondulé (11) comprend la crête (111) d’une ondulation et le creux (112) de l’ondulation. Dans l’état développé des éléments ondulés, ceux-ci forment un motif répété continu qui serpente dans la direction verticale. Les pièces annulaires (1) et (1) adjacentes l’une à l’autre sont reliées sur la même ligne droite longitudinale, et les ondulations reliées par des éléments de liaison (2) présentent chacune une crête (113) et un creux (114). La crête (113) et le creux (114) de l’ondulation sont configurées de façon à ce que les amplitudes de l’ondulation soient réduites les unes par rapport aux autres uniquement au niveau de ces parties, ces amplitudes correspondant aux 2/3 des amplitudes de la crête (111) et du creux (112) des ondulations qui ne sont pas reliées par les éléments de liaison (2).
