Abstract

L'invention est caractérisée en ce qu'un programme comportant les étapes suivantes est mémorisé dans l'installation de traitement de données (110) : impression des envois postaux (130) par une adresse de destinataire (131) et un code (132) renfermant au moins un composant qui est associé à une cellule de secteurs postaux (160) définie en tant que zone géographique délimitée, à l'intérieur de laquelle est mise en place une adresse de destinataire concernée, les envois postaux (130) prévus pour une cellule de secteurs postaux (160), étant alors triés successivement, conformément à une prescription prédéterminée, et introduction de la commande du dispositif d'impression (120) associée à des symboles de séparation prédéterminés (180) contenus dans l'ensemble de données (170) dans l'installation de traitement de données (110) contenant au moins les adresses de destinataires, mis en place de façon que des quantités partielles de la quantité totale d'envois postaux (130), collectées aux cellules de secteurs postaux (160) puissent être produites.
