Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un ester enrichi énantiomériquement ou son acide correspondant par conversion enzymatique du mélange correspondant d'énantiomères. L'ester ou l'acide enrichi énantiomériquement possède un centre chiral distant et quaternaire. Le procédé de l'invention est particulièrement utile dans la préparation de 5,6-dihydro-4-hydroxy-2-pyrones enrichis énantiomériquement, qui consiste en des blocs de construction importants pour la synthèse d'un certain nombre de composés actifs sur le plan pharmaceutique.
