  • the refill 11 is elongate along a longitudinal axis X, and in the embodiment under consideration, comprises a flexible pouch comprising two sheets that are heat-sealed together at their periphery and that are assembled around an endpiece 13 through which the fluid flows before leaving the refill 11.
  • the endpiece 13 comprises a collar 14, and serves to mount the pump 15 on the refill.
  • the pump comprises an outer skirt 37, and a pushbutton 16 that is movable relative to the outer skirt 37, and that is provided with a dispenser orifice 17.
  • a groove 58 is formed between the collar 14 and the outer skirt 37.
  • the housing 10 is configured so that the refill 11 slopes downwards and forwards while it is in place in the casing 2, thereby contributing to the fluid flowing towards the pump 15.
  • the casing 2 comprises a main body 20 onto which two side panels 21 are fastened by means of screws 22, but it is not beyond the ambit of the present invention for the casing 2 to be made in some other way, e.g. with side panels that are snap-on rather than screw-on.
  • the casing 2 comprises a cradle 35 on which the pump 15 can be placed, as can be seen in particular in Figure 8.
  • said pump is prevented from moving axially by inserting the cradle 35 in the groove 58. While said flap is closed, the pump 15 is held engaged on the cradle 35 by a holding element 39 projecting from the rear face of the flap 8.
  • the holding element 39 presents a concave face 40 matching the shape of the outer skirt 37.
  • the control member 4 is a lever that is hinged onto the casing 2 by means of metal pins 41 that are engaged in arms 43 that open out in the housing 10.
  • a bracket 46 is hinged onto the arms 43 of the control member 4 by means of metal pins 47. In Figure 7, the bracket 46 is shown tilted backwards so as to make it easier to see the above-mentioned pins 41.
  • the bracket 46 is configured so as to press on the pushbutton 16, and to this end includes a notch 50 substantially matching the shape of the free end of the pushbutton 16, as can be seen in Figure 6.
  • the bracket 46 When the user pulls the control member 4 forwards, the bracket 46 is displaced backwards as shown in Figure 6, and the pump 15 is actuated. A measured quantity or "dose” of fluid is expelled from the dispenser orifice 17, and after passing through the opening 5 of the casing, it falls into the space 3 where it can be caught in the user's hand.
  • the pump is manually operated and the same hand may both operate the pump and receive the fluid.
  • the pump 15 incorporates resilient return means which return the pushbutton 16 into its initial position as soon as it ceases to be pressed on, so that when the user releases the control member 4, the return movement of the pushbutton 16 returns the control member 4 into its initial position.
  • the pump 15 is a pump that does not have an air inlet (airless pump) , and the dose of fluid that is dispensed each time the control member 4 is actuated is relatively small, e.g. lying in the range 125 ⁇ l to 175 ⁇ l, and in particular about 150 ⁇ l.
  • the slope of the refill 11 prevents pockets of fluid forming and remaining trapped in the refill 11 while said refill is being emptied.

  • the extension 61 may comprise a notch 63 having a bottom wall 64 that presents a shape that is adapted to the shelf, e.g. that is adapted to the shape of a support strip for supporting price tags, the bottom wall 64 sloping slightly downwards and forwards, for example.
  • the dispenser comprises a drawer 90 that is movable between an opened position giving access to the refill, for example for replacing it, and a closed position preventing access to the fluid refill.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un distributeur de fluide comprenant : une enveloppe (2), une baudruche à fluide (11) logée dans l'enveloppe ; une pompe à actionnement manuel (15) conçue pour pomper le fluide dans la baudruche sans admission d'air ; un élément de commande (4) pour déplacer et actionner la pompe, le fluide étant distribué par un orifice de distribution (17), l'enveloppe comprenant une base possédant une extension (61) s'étendant au-dessous de l'orifice de distribution (17) ; et un espace (3) permettant l'insertion de la main de manière qu'elle reçoive une dose du fluide distribué. L'espace est formé entre l'extension (61) de la base et l'élément de commande (4), l'élément de commande peut être actionné par la main qui reçoit le fluide et se trouve au moins partiellement au-dessus de l'extension (61) de la base. Ce distributeur peut également comporter un aplatisseur ou un tiroir.
