Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) d'ouverture et de refermeture pour conditionnement (2) fermé et susceptible d'être déchiré, ce dispositif (1) étant positionnable, sur la paroi extérieure du conditionnement (2), en correspondance d'une zone (3) de paroi munie d'au moins une amorce (4) de rupture. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il se présente sous la forme d'un seul et même ensemble : d'une part de deux éléments (5, 6) reliables l'un à l'autre par une liaison mécanique activable par pression d'appui desdits éléments l'un contre l'autre, l'un au moins desdits éléments de préférence auto-encliquetable ou auto­agrippant étant une pièce adhésive solidarisable, à l'état posé dudit dispositif (1), sur la paroi extérieure du conditionnement ; et d'autre part d'une étiquette (7) adhésive venant à recouvrement d'au moins l'un des éléments (5, 6) de liaison et de la zone (3) d'ouverture du conditionnement (2), cette étiquette (7) de recouvrement étant munie d'un moyen (8) de préhension.
