Abstract

Procédé servant à produire un polyester aliphatique donnant des fibres, des films, des feuilles et autres articles moulés dans lesquels le dépôt de surface dérivé d'oligomères cycliques a été diminué à une quantité qui n'est pas problématique dans la pratique. Ces articles moulés ont donc un excellent aspect et ne créent pas de problème dans la transformation subséquente ou au cours de l'utilisation dans des applications. Le procédé peut minimiser le coût de la production. Le procédé comprend de faire réagir un polyacide aliphatique ou un dérivé de celui-ci avec un polyol aliphatique pour produire un polyester aliphatique et il est caractérisé en ce qu'un composé du phosphore est ajouté et mélangé aux réactifs en quantité de 3,0 à 3,0x103 mol pour une mole d'un catalyseur pour de cette manière réduire la teneur des oligomères cycliques dans le polyester aliphatique.
