Abstract

L'invention concerne un type de microcapsules métalliques qui sont destinées à la transplantation de cellules et de tissus vivants. La microcapsule de l'invention est basée sur un alliage ou un métal biocompatible tel que le titane, l'argent, le fer, etc. Les matières de base de la microcapsule sont enrobées ou recouvertes avec une couche de titane ou d'alliage de titane. Les microcapsules métalliques sont creuses et représentent des microsphères, des cellules ou des tissus actifs destinés à la transplantation étant placés à l'intérieur des microsphères. Le volume de la microcapsule de transplantation est réduit, et les microcapsules métalliques ne vont pas gonfler dans des conditions physiologiques après leur transplantation dans le corps humain, alors que les microcapsules métalliques sont utilisées pour encapsuler des cellules biologiques. Par conséquent, les microcapsules métalliques peuvent maintenir une stabilité à long terme in vivo et prolonger la survie des tissus ou des cellules fonctionnelles.
