Abstract

L'invention concerne un biocapteur à points quantiques protéique luminescent pouvant être conçu sur mesure pour la détection spécifique de composés présentant un intérêt sur le plan environnemental ou médical. Ce biocapteur comprend un ensemble composé d'une nanoparticule inorganique ou organique et d'une biomolécule, servant d'échafaudage pour un dosage par compétition de fluorescence. La détection spécifique et sensible de poisons chimiques, de contaminants et de biotoxines, peut être réalisée par l'intermédiaire des structures internes à l'ensemble nanoparticule-biomolécule, sans que l'opération n'affecte les propriétés luminescentes de la sonde. Cette technique de biodétection est destinée à des applications d'analyse environnementale, de diagnostic médical et de biodéfense.
